Xiamen Airlines Starts Flights From Beijing And Xiamen To Hamad International Airport.

Xiamen Airlines opens routes from Beijing and Xiamen to Hamad Airport

 In collaboration with Qatar Airways, Hamad International Airport (DOH) has announced the launch of new services by Xiamen Airlines from Beijing and Xiamen, China. Xiamen Airlines is operating on two routes.

The first route, commencing on October 20, 2023, offers daily flights from Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) to Doha's Hamad International Airport. These flights utilize Boeing 787-9 aircraft with 287 seats.

The second route, beginning on October 31, 2023, provides two weekly flights from Xiamen to Hamad International Airport. These flights also feature Boeing 787-9 aircraft with 287 seats.

Xiamen Airlines, headquartered in Xiamen, China, was established in 1984 and holds the distinction of being the first Chinese airline to operate independently as a business entity. The airline operates nearly 400 domestic and international routes from airports in Xiamen, Beijing, Fuzhou, and Hangzhou, with 3,500 to 4,000 flights per week, serving nearly 40 million passengers annually.

The introduction of Xiamen Airlines' new routes from Beijing Daxing International Airport and Xiamen to Hamad International Airport will play a pivotal role in accommodating the expected surge in traffic and further enhancing the airport's status as a preferred hub for Chinese tourists, bolstered by its extensive global network.
