Working Hours and Overtime

Standard working hours in Qatar are 8 hours per day and 48 hours per week.
During Ramadan, working hours reduce to 6 hours per day for Muslim employees.
Any hours beyond the standard limit count as overtime. Your employer must pay you at least 125% of your basic hourly rate for overtime. For work on rest days or public holidays, that rate rises to 150%.
