How to File a Labor Complaint in Qatar
If your employer violates any of your rights, follow these steps:
Step 1 — Gather all evidence. Collect your contract, pay slips, WhatsApp messages, and any written communication.
Step 2 — File a complaint through the MDPS portal or Metrash2 app.
Step 3 — The Ministry of Labor contacts your employer within 3 working days.
Step 4 — If no resolution is reached, the case moves to the Labor Court.
The process is free. You do not need a lawyer for the initial complaint stage.
