Expo 2023 in Doha, Qatar to host a ceremony to commemorate the National Day of the State of Kuwait

The International Horticultural Expo 2023 in Doha, Qatar, is scheduled to host a ceremony on Feb. 25 to commemorate the National Day of the State of Kuwait. This event will involve raising the Kuwaiti flag and presenting a diverse range of performances at the Expo House.

The national and honorary days offer opportunities to honor over 80 international participants, highlighting their cultures and accomplishments while showcasing their pavilions and programs. These days typically include flag-raising ceremonies at the National Day celebration square, followed by speeches and cultural shows.

Many visitors in the International Zone express a keen interest in exploring the Kuwaiti pavilion to gain insights into Kuwait's environmental initiatives. They aim to understand the innovative solutions addressing desertification and are inspired to contribute to a more sustainable and eco-friendly future.

The Kuwaiti pavilion, with all its components, has successfully attracted a substantial number of visitors and effectively portrayed the country's environmental commitment. The lively and captivating atmosphere reflects Kuwaiti design, identity, and dedication to environmental sustainability. It emphasizes Kuwait's leadership in combatting desertification, managing water resources, and promoting sustainable development.

Meticulously designed, the Kuwait pavilion comprises two separate buildings representing historical and contemporary Kuwaiti symbols. It features interactive activities for children, dedicated spaces for meetings and conferences, and a serene central corridor reminiscent of the tranquil atmosphere of Ahmadi Oasis.

Professional zones within the pavilion offer diverse experiences, including interactive shows on Kuwaiti natural reserves, a cultural museum highlighting environmental harmony, and an agricultural zone showcasing Kuwait's prominent crops. The show zone incorporates screens for displaying essential information and a hanging garden inspired by water storage towers. This garden symbolizes the country's commitment to sustainable development and environmental conservation, welcoming all expo attendees.
