Doha, October 13, 2026 : The Qatar Sports for All Federation (QSFA), under the Ministry of Sports and Youth, will organize a men’s padel tournament from November 8 to 10 at the Platinum Padel courts at Al Sadd Sports Club.
The competition is open to players aged 16 and above, with registration available through the QSFA mobile application.
The tournament is part of the Federation’s sporting calendar, which aims to expand community participation, encourage young people to take up sports and provide more opportunities for athletes to develop their skills.
QSFA Executive Director Abdullah Al Dosari said the growing popularity of padel in Qatar has encouraged the Federation to organize more competitions and broaden participation across different segments of society.
He noted that the positive response to previous editions has motivated the Federation to deliver another tournament to high organizational standards, giving participants an opportunity to compete in an engaging and challenging environment.
Al Dosari added that the championship aims to promote regular physical activity, identify promising sporting talent and encourage more people to participate in padel.
The tournament forms part of the QSFA’s broader programme to diversify sporting activities through an annual calendar featuring more than 850 events and tournaments for different age groups, helping establish physical activity as a regular part of community life.
