The highest peak in Saudi Arabia sits right next to Abha, and it's the natural starting point for any visit. A cable car carries visitors up through juniper forests to panoramic viewpoints, with temperatures noticeably cooler than the city below. It's one of the most-photographed spots in the region and a favorite for watching the fog roll through the peaks.
