Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, issues a royal decree on Thursday stipulating (February 22) as the day to commemorate the Founding Day of the Saudi state.
The royal decree states that the 22nd day of the month of February of every year shall be designated to mark the commemoration of the founding of the Saudi state under the name Founding Day, and shall be an official holiday.Â
