QVA Organizes First Event of Talent Discovery and Development

Talent Discovery and Development

The Qatar Volleyball Association (QVA) organized the first event of the Talent Discovery and Development Center, which aims to present highly capable talents to enhance the readiness of the national teams and prepare them to represent Qatar in the best possible way in regional and international championships.

The event featured intensive training and skill tests under the supervision of specialized trainers and the focus was on developing the physical, technical and psychological aspects of the participants.

Head of QVA's Talent Discovery and Development Center Saeed Juma Al Hitmi stressed the importance of supporting young age groups as they are the nucleus of the future of Qatari volleyball.

He pointed out that investing in young talents is the basis for building a bright future for volleyball, hoping that this initiative will achieve all its desired goals.
