H.E. Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi received on Thursday a telephone call from H.E. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives Iruthisham Adam.
The two officials tackled the strong relations between Qatar and Maldives, during which they discussed ways to further promote bilateral cooperation in various fields.
While discussing a range of issues, the two sides also explored ways and means to deepen their association for mutual benefit. The call comes as Qatar and the Maldives aim to deepen diplomatic cooperation, which maintains close relations.
