HH the Amir Discusses Bilateral Relations, Issues of Common Interest with Italian Prime Minister

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani affirmed that he held talks with HE Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, Giorgia Meloni on enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries, as well as a number of issues of common interest.

In a post on X platform, His Highness said the meeting with the Italian Prime Minister in Milan, held on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, provided an opportunity to review ways to strengthen cooperation between the two friendly countries and to exchange views on regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest.
