The Meteorology Department Anticipates Windy Weather In Qatar Beginning On Thursday

The Meteorology Department expects windy days in Qatar

The Meteorology Department in Qatar predicts upcoming fresh to strong Northwesterly winds in the region.

Starting from Thursday, December 14, and continuing through the weekend, there will be mild daytime temperatures and relatively cold nights.

The Department indicated that the Northwesterly wind will result in lower apparent temperatures than actual. No additional warnings were issued by the Department.

This morning, citizens and residents awoke to misty and foggy weather conditions, reducing horizontal visibility to less than 2 kilometres in certain areas across the country. This prompted the QMD to issue safety advice to motorists. 

Abu Samra experienced the lowest temperature at 12 degrees Celsius this morning, while Doha recorded 20 degrees Celsius.
