GAZA — Several Palestinians were wounded on Sunday after Israeli airstrikes targeted a tent sheltering displaced people and a residential home in separate attacks in the southern and central Gaza Strip, according to Qatar News Agency (QNA).
Displaced People Injured Near Al Aqsa University
Medical sources said several people were injured when Israeli aircraft struck a tent housing displaced Palestinians near Al Aqsa University in the Al Mawasi area of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.
Home Targeted West of Nuseirat
In a separate incident, several Palestinians were wounded after an Israeli airstrike targeted a home in the new camp area west of Nuseirat in the central Gaza Strip.
Cumulative Casualty Toll
QNA reported that the cumulative death toll in Gaza since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,391, while the number of injured has reached 174,280.
