Qatar Welcomes US–Iran Agreement on Strait of Hormuz, Commends Regional Mediation Efforts

The State of Qatar has formally welcomed the agreement reached between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran on a Memorandum of Understanding addressing outstanding issues, including the guarantee of freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
