Qatar Central Bank Confirms Eid Al‑Adha 2026 Holiday Schedule for Financial Institutions

The Qatar Central Bank (QCB) has announced the official Eid Al‑Adha 1447 AH – 2026 holiday schedule for all financial institutions across the State of Qatar.

The holiday will begin on Tuesday, 26 May 2026 (Dhul Hijjah 9, 1447 AH) and conclude on Thursday, 28 May 2026 (Dhul Hijjah 11, 1447 AH). Operations will resume on Sunday, 31 May 2026 (Dhul Hijjah 14, 1447 AH).

The announcement ensures clarity and coordination across the banking sector, aligning financial operations with the broader national holiday framework set by the Amiri Diwan.
