Corinthia Yacht Club Celebrates The Holy Month Of Ramadan

Corinthia Yacht Club, Doha’s newest address bringing a refined membership experience and setting new standards for yachting in Qatar, announced the launch of an all new Iftar and Suhoor menu to celebrate the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The Iftar set menu, served in the private dining room and overlooking the exquisite waters of the Pearl Marina, is available from sunset until 8pm daily for QAR 270 per person and  features signature Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine, including decadent French pastries and Arabic sweets, and is accompanied by a selection of refreshing beverages.

For the starters, the menu begins with a wide range of appetizers, including hot and cold mezze, pickles and olives, wholesome nutritious soups including the Mushroom Veloute and Harira soups. The opening course is followed by a redolent range of entrees, featuring mixed Arabic grill, lamb ouzi, and grilled prawns. For a sweet ending, guests can choose from a selection of dessert favourites such as Um Ali, Baklava, and Eclairs. 

The Suhoor menu, served from 8pm to 2:00am for QAR 295 per person, comes with two options; a set menu or a la carte. Both feature an exquisite assortment of culinary creations, including a selection of hot and cold mezze options, soup selections, and a wide variety of main dishes such as sizzling grilled prawns, fish sayadieh, and pure beef Wagyu burger. The selection of sweet treats includes mainstays such as Corinthia’s divine Crème Brulee and clubhouse signature cake, in addition to delectable Arabic sweets. 

Both the Iftar and Suhoor menus feature a crafted range of mocktails, including the Mediterranean Mule, Strawberry Rose Elixir, Pome Fashioned, and the Spice n’ Sling. The selection also offers Corinthia’s freshly roasted coffee and premium tea selections.
