Shipments of Dangerous and Unlicensed Chemicals Seized by Ministry
The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) announced the seizure of shipments containing dangerous and unlicensed chemicals in an official tweet on 11 January, 2023.
"A specialized team from the Department of Radiation and Chemicals Protection at the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change seized a number of shipments loaded with dangerous and unlicensed chemicals, and the necessary legal measures have been taken."
The Ministry highlighted the necessity of obtaining the necessary approvals to avoid legal accountability.
