Qatar Wins The Gold Medal In Beach Volleyball At The Hangzhou Asian Games

Cherif Younnouse and Ahmed Tijan Successfully Defended Their Asian Games Gold Medal

At the NBB Beach Volleyball Centre in Hangzhou, China, Qatar's beach volleyball duo, Cherif Younnouse and Ahmed Tijan, successfully defended their Asian Games gold medal, a title they had won four years prior. In an exhilarating final, they outperformed the host nation's Mutailipu Abuduhalikejiang and Wu Jiaxin, securing victory in straight sets with scores of 22-20 and 21-16.

The first set was a very close contest, with the lead fluctuating wildly between the two teams. In the end, it was the Qatari pair who emerged victorious.
