The International Judo Federation (IJF) has chosen Brigadier General Khalid bin Hamad Al Attiyah as Director of the Military and Police Committee of the International Judo Federation, in a step that represents a great success and an extension of the excellence of sports leaders and Qatari competencies and their access to many positions in the world.
The Military and Police Committee of the International Judo Federation supervises this sport in the institutions of the armed forces and police institutions in all countries of the world.
Brigadier General Khalid bin Hamad Al Attiyah, who holds the presidency of the Qatari and Arab Police Federations, will be director of the committee that oversees sports and its development in all countries through military institutions, which represents a great opportunity to develop the game and obtain a qualitative leap in its further spread at the level of Qatar and at the level of regional and continental federations and the international federation, due to Khaled bin Hamad Al Attiyah's visions, ideas and distinguished relations with all the world police sports federation, in addition to his presence as president of the Qatar Judo Federation alongside the Arab and Qatari sports federations for the game.
