UAE Lottery: Player Wins Dh5 Million in Lucky Day Draw

A lucky UAE resident has won the Dh5 million second prize in the latest UAE Lottery Lucky Day draw, held on Saturday, August 15.

The winner secured the prize after matching all six numbers in the Days section of the draw. It marks the third time a participant has taken home the Dh5 million second prize since the lottery moved to a twice-weekly format, with a Dh30 million grand prize and a Dh5 million second prize.

For Lucky Day Draw No. 260815, the winning numbers in the Days section were 18, 9, 5, 27, 21 and 3, while the number in the Months section was 10.

Three other participants each claimed a third prize of Dh100,000. A total of 82 players won Dh1,000 each, while 5,390 won Dh100 each. Overall, 5,479 participants won prizes across the different categories in the draw.

In addition, three participants each won Dh50,000 through the Lucky Chance raffle, taking home a combined Dh150,000.

The previous draw, held on August 12, saw 5,887 participants win prizes, with one winner taking home Dh100,000 after matching five numbers in the Days section along with the Months number.

Since its revised format launched in April 2026, the UAE Lottery has crowned two grand prize winners an Abu Dhabi-based Nepalese resident and a 52-year-old Indian expatriate who won within five weeks of each other.

Lucky Day draws are now held every Wednesday and Saturday at 9:30pm UAE time, giving players two chances each week to win. The UAE Lottery operates under the regulation of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and promotes responsible gaming among participants.
