Regag Is Qatar's Answer to the Crepe

Regag is a thin, crisp flatbread cooked on a hot round griddle. Vendors in Souq Waqif often make it fresh in front of visitors. Fillings range from cheese and egg to date syrup and honey. Locals frequently pair Regag with a hot cup of Karak tea. It works equally well as breakfast or a late-night snack.
