The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) announced that by June 15, 2022, four health centers would be dedicated to Qataris only.
The health centers are Leabaib Health Center, Muaither Health Center, Al Thumama Health Center, and South Al Wakra Health Center.
The Ministry indicated that the number of health centers associated with the Primary Health Care Corporation had reached (28) health centers providing (24) health care to citizens and residents.
According to the Ministry, health care services will continue to be provided to Qataris in all health centers operated by the Primary Health Care Corporation.
The Ministry also stated that new health centers are currently under construction, and they will be available for Qataris only and they are Al Mashaf Health Center, Al Sadd Health Center, Umm Al Saneem Health Center, and the new Al Khor Health Center. These health centers are expected to be delivered by the first quarter of 2023.Â
