Stay Active: Even in Summer

Think you can't exercise outdoors? Think again.

Al Gharrafa Park is home to the city's first air-conditioned jogging track, where you can walk or jog in temperatures between 26°C and 28°C no matter what time of year. Open daily 4 AM to midnight, one of the coolest (literally) things to do in Doha, especially when the mercury soars in summer.
Umm Al Seneem Park is another spot to explore during summer, with an AC outdoor path that goes around the whole park 1.143 km long letting visitors walk or jog any time of the year in cool comfort.
For water sports: explore Qatar's underwater world with Qatar Scuba Center, offering PADI courses and diving adventures for all ages, including intro and beginner courses. Or try wakeboarding at The Diplomatic Club, starting at QR 250 for non-members for 30 minutes.

Wellness & Spa Days

Summer is the perfect excuse to indulge.

Try the Hydrotherapy Lounge at Angsana Spa at Wyndham Grand Regency. They've got rain showers with lights, sounds, and various temperatures and pressures,  including Tropical Mist and Thunderstorm settings, plus an ice fountain, cold bucket drench, saunas and more, for QR 450 per hour.

Budget-Friendly Indoor Fun (Under QR 50)

Not every summer activity needs to break the bank:

Head to the iconic Qatar Bowling Center, where it costs only QR 12 per person per game. Or enjoy a few rounds of billiards for just QR 30 per hour at Hangout. There's also a neon-themed mini golf course at Gondolania in Villaggio Mall.
Escape rooms are another brilliant option. Some of the escape rooms in Qatar include The Escape Hunt Experience Qatar, Adventure Rooms Qatar, Escapology Qatar, and Scavenger Escape Doha.
