Cristiano Ronaldo
In a pre-match press conference, Al Nassr coach Luis Castro confirmed that Al Nassr captain and Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo won't participate in today's AFC Champions League return game against Qatari side Al Duhail.
According to Castro, Ronaldo had recently played a demanding match in the Saudi Pro League against Al Khaleej just two days ago. After assessing his physical condition, it was decided to rest him to prevent fatigue.
Ronaldo is not the only player missing from tomorrow's Doha clash. Aymeric Laporte, last year's UEFA Champions League winner and Spanish international, is also set to be absent from the match.
