The event aims to deliver a thrilling weekend of fitness and fun. It commences on May 10 with a women’s-only race, tailored specifically for female athletes. “May 10 will see an electrifying women-only event, designed by women for women, empowering participants to dominate the race floor like never before,” the announcement stated.

On May 11, participants will gather at the iconic Aspire Dome for a day filled with action-packed challenges. HYROX Doha welcomes individuals of all levels, from seasoned pros to first-timers, providing an opportunity for everyone to push their boundaries and celebrate their accomplishments. Various competitions cater to different preferences and abilities, although registration for some categories, like Hyrox Doubles Women and Hyrox Women’s Relay, is already sold out.

A notable feature of HYROX is its inclusive structure, ensuring that every participant receives support throughout the race. Start waves occur every 10 minutes, accommodating individuals of all ages and abilities and eliminating the fear of finishing last. “The format of HYROX eliminates the common fear of finishing last. Each HYROX race features start waves for all age groups every 10 minutes throughout the entire day, ensuring inclusivity across all divisions.”
