Cairo, September 12, 2026 : The State of Qatar took part on Saturday in the 65th Coordination Meeting of the Council of Labour Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, held as part of ongoing consultation and coordination on issues raised at Arab and international forums related to the labor sector.
Qatar Represented by Minister of Labour
HE Minister of Labour Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri represented the State of Qatar at the meeting.
Arab Labour Conference Agenda Discussed
The meeting reviewed the agenda of the 52nd session of the Arab Labor Conference, scheduled to convene in Cairo, Egypt, from September 13 to 20.
Ministers Explore Ways to Deepen Cooperation
The ministers also discussed avenues for cooperation among GCC states, along with ways to deepen coordination during the upcoming phase.
