Qatar Ministry of Endowments Wraps Up Annual Summer Programme for More Than 1,100 Children

The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs has concluded its annual summer programme for children after attracting more than 1,100 participants aged 10 to 15 across 10 religious outreach centres in Qatar. The initiative was designed to make productive use of the summer holiday by promoting Islamic values, strengthening life skills, enhancing Quranic understanding and nurturing young talent.

Educational and Skills Development

The programme combined educational sessions with interactive activities to help participants build positive social skills, strengthen family and community engagement, and develop essential life skills.

Focus on Values

Activities centred on Quranic teachings, respect for parents and elders, mosque etiquette, time management, positive social interaction and the responsible use of social media.

Closing Ceremony

During the closing ceremony, outstanding participants were honoured along with partner organisations including Al Khor Sports Club, Al Ahli Sports Club and the Ministry's Scholarships Department for supporting the programme.
