Qatar Red Crescent and Qatar Charity deliver life‑saving care for 95 children in Taiz
Qatar Red Crescent and Qatar Charity have jointly launched a specialized medical mission in Taiz Governorate, Yemen, aimed at delivering lifeâsaving heart surgeries and catheterization procedures for 95 children suffering from serious cardiac conditions.
The initiative is being carried out in partnership with Sidra Medicine and Yemenâs Ministry of Public Health, with medical teams providing both surgical and therapeutic care to young patients in urgent need of intervention.
Officials emphasized that the mission reflects Qatarâs ongoing commitment to humanitarian and healthcare support in Yemen, reinforcing efforts to alleviate suffering and improve access to specialized medical services in conflictâaffected areas.
