Qatar Airways cargo has launched a twice-weekly Boeing 777F freighter service connecting Doha and Katowice, marking a major expansion of Central Wurope's access to the carrier global cargo network.
The inaugural flght landed at katowice Airport on 17th July 2026, introducing one of the world's largest twin-engine freighters, capable of carrying over 100 tonnes of cago per flight, to the Polish airport.
The new route will operate:
- One direct rotation: Doha → Katowice → Doha
- One multi-stop rotation: Doha → Budapest → Katowice → Doha through the end of the Summer 2026 timetable on 24 October 2026.
The service is expected to benefit manufactures and logistics operations across Poland and Central Europe, offering faster access to global markets via Qatar's Doha hub.
