Ramadan 2022 Working Hours in Qatar
His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Sulaiti, Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, issued today, March 30, 2022, a circular specifying working hours during the month of Ramadan for ministries, government agencies, and public bodies and institutions.
The circular stated that on the occasion of Ramadan for the year 1443 AH, it has been decided that the number of official working hours during the holy month for civil servants would be five (5) hours a day, starting from nine in the morning (9 AM) until two in the afternoon (2 PM).
Provided that work requirements are fulfilled, the employee may be allowed to be late for a maximum of ten o'clock in the morning, provided that the employee completes the official working hours (five hours).
