Public Prosecution attends 12th Meeting of Assistants of Attorney Generals in GCC
The Public Prosecution participated via videoconferencing in the 12th meeting of Their Excellencies assistants of Attorney-Generals and Public Prosecutors in the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC).
Prime Solicitor General and Director of Judicial Inspection Administration Ibrahim Abdullah Al Qubaisi headed the Public Prosecution delegation to the meeting.
The meeting discussed several topics related to the Public Prosecutions' work in the GCC, the most important of which is a guiding draft law to organize the organs of the Public Prosecutions in the GCC, the memorandum of the General Secretariat on child protection rules during the investigation stage, and the amendment of the rules of joint cooperation between the Public Prosecutions in the GCC.
The holding of this meeting comes in preparation for the meeting of the Attorney-Generals in October. (QNA)
