HE President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame
HE President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame arrived in Doha on Tuesday morning on a working visit.
HE the President, and the accompanying delegation, was welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE Director of Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ibrahim bin Yousif Fakhro, and HE Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to the State of Qatar Igor Marara Kainamura.
