Biker arrested for rash road behavior in Qatar

The General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior has taken action against a motorcyclist who was seen in a video performing stunt driving on his motorbike in Qatar.

The biker was wearing a helmet and riding his motorbike standing up, and the video has been circulating on social media. 

Authorities confirmed that legal measures has been taken against the driver. He has been arrested for his rash road behaviour and for endangering road users in Lusail area.

The department said, "With reference to the clip circulating about a motorcyclist committing dangerous behaviors and endangering road users near the Lusail area, we inform you that the biker has been arrested and legal measures are taken against him." 

The General Directorate of Traffic calls on the public to abide by the traffic laws in the country.
