The Ministry of Interior Service & Security Departments (Qatar) has announced their official working hours on 24 March 2026.

Here are the details of timings for each department:

General Directorate of Passports & Nationality & Travel Documents Department (Headquarters)

Morning: 7 am - 12:30 pm
Evening: 1 pm - 6 pm

General Directorate of Traffic (Headquarters)

Morning: 6:30 am - 1 pm
Evening: 1 pm - 6 pm

Criminal Evidence & Information Department

Morning: 6:30 am - 1 pm

Fingerprints Section at Criminal Evidence & Information Department (HQ Building-Section for Companies in Industrial Area)

Morning: 6:30 am - 1 pm
Evening: 1 pm -  6 pm

Departments of security nature and traffic investigation stations

Operate around the clock (24/7)
