HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met in Washington on Tuesday with HE Chairman of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee Senator Robert Menendez, and members of the US Senate HE Senator Tom Cotton, HE Jim Risch and HE Senator Bill Hagerty, separately.
The meetings reviewed aspects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries and the latest developments in the region.
On their part, the US Senators praised the efforts made by the State of Qatar to achieve peace and stability in the region.
