Kuwait Expands Labor Market Reforms, Prioritizes National Talent and Worker Welfare

Kuwait City - Kuwait has announced a new wave of labor market reforms aimed at strengthening worker protections, expanding opportunities for national talent, and improving overall employment conditions across the public and private sectors.

The latest measures, introduced by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Public Authority for Manpower, focus on modernizing labor regulations, enhancing workplace standards, and ensuring fair treatment for all workers. Officials emphasized that the reforms are designed to create a more competitive labor environment while supporting Kuwait’s long term economic development goals.
