Information Technology College at Lusail University Launched

Lusail University (LU) announced the launch of Information Technology College, and the launch of a new package of various academic programs, the first of its kind in the State of Qatar, during an open day organized by the university in the Company House at Msheireb Museums.

Dr. Nitham Hindi, the vice-chancellor, said that the new programs provide a number of options in four different colleges: the College of Law, Commerce and Business, Education and Arts, and the College of Information Technology.

He said: "Information technology plays a key role in the development of society in Qatar, so it is only natural that Lusail University offers a degree program in Information Technology with a strong foundation of IT in three unique areas: Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Game Development".
