HH Sheikha Jowaher Patronizes QU's Graduation Ceremony of Female Students

HH Consort of HH the Amir Sheikha Jowaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al-Thani patronized Qatar University's (QU) Graduation Ceremony of the 46th batch (class of 2023) of female students, held at QU's Sports and Events Complex on Tuesday.

The ceremony was attended by a number of Their Excellencies Sheikhs and Ministers, along with members of the university's board of trustees, university vice presidents, and the graduates' guardians.

During the ceremony, Her Highness honored the 499 outstanding students, while HE President of Qatar University Dr. Hassan Rashid Al Derham handed the certificates to the 3,147 graduate students in various disciplines.

A film about the academic journey of female students was displayed, in addition to the achievements and accomplishments of QU during the 2022-2023 academic year and the most prominent activities, programs, and research innovations in various fields.

The ceremony included a speech delivered by HE President of QU Dr. Hassan bin Rashid Al Derham and another speech delivered by the student Noura Fahad Al Dosari, on behalf of the female graduates.
