Football fever returns at Lusail Boulevard

Lusail Boulevard returns with lively performances, bountiful events, and more fun in celebration of the upcoming AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 which is set to kick-off this Friday. 

The event, dubbed Hello Asia!, will begin tomorrow, January 10, and will continue till February 10, 2024. Captivating parades, vibrant markets, ethnic cuisines, and colorful folklore performances await visitors at the Lusail Boulevard, already decked with Asian Cup decors. 

The Boulevard will also feature 'Country Zones' along the 1.3-kilometre stretch. There will be 24 country zones, such as Qatar, China, India, South Korea, and Lebanon to name a few. The zones will welcome visitors to get a glimpse of the hospitality and unique cultures of the countries participating in the AFC Asian Cup. 

Events at the Lusail Boulevard will take place from January 10 to February 10, 2024, from 4pm to 12am. Two parades are scheduled each day from 6:30pm to 7:15pm, and 9pm to 9:45pm. 

Lusail City also noted that events at the Boulevard will not take place during match days at the Lusail Stadium, which will host matches on January 12 for the tournament's kick-off and February 10 for the Finals.
