First-ever Indian College to commence from September in Qatar

Located at Barwa Commercial Avenue on Industrial Area Road, MIE SPPU Institute of Higher Education is all set to become the first-ever Indian college to have a branch in Qatar.

During a recent media interaction, the officials announced that the academic programs will commence from September 2021

The academic program offered by the college includes mainly four disciplines such as Bachelor of Arts (Humanities), Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business Administration.

Since last month, the admissions and academic team have begin functioning and admission progresses to various programmes are currently ongoing.

Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) will be hiring and deputing the academic faculties who hosts the respective courses in the institute.

SPPU is a state-owned Public University established in 1949 and the university is a multi-disciplinary institution consisting of 50 departments and 900 Affiliated Colleges and Institutes and is ranked 17 in India.

Milestone International Education (MIE) will manage the MIE SPPU Institute of Higher Education fully licensed by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) in Qatar.
