On October 25, 2023, the organizing committee for the World Aquatics Championships (Doha 2024) released tickets, marking the countdown to the event's launch in 100 days.

The Middle East will host the championship from February 2 to 18, 2024, marking a historic first. Qatar will welcome 2,500 athletes and officials from 190 nations, along with global fans, making it a significant event in the global aquatic sports calendar.

Additionally, the World Aquatics and the organizing committee have introduced 75 events across 6 water sports disciplines, including swimming, diving, water polo, artistic swimming, open water swimming, and high diving.

"Spectators can buy tickets for various competitions, including the opening ceremony, through the championship's official website: https://www.worldaquatics-doha2024.com/en/ticketing.
Tickets are offered in three categories: first, second, and multiplayer competition options.

The first category tickets range from QR 35 to QR 200, providing premium seats. Second category tickets start at QR 20. Multiplayer competition tickets, priced at QR 200, allow spectators to attend multiple events in a day.

The opening ceremony is set for February 4, 2024, at Aspire Dome, following initial events held across three locations in Doha: Aspire Dome, Doha Port, and Hamad Aquatic Centre.

On the first day, swimming and diving events will take place simultaneously at Aspire Dome and Hamad Aquatic Centre.

As there are only 100 days left until the event begins, Sheikha Asma bint Thani Al Thani, Director of Marketing and Communications for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies Committee at the World Aquatics Championships Doha 2024, invites all communities in Qatar and around the world to join this historic championship, the first of its kind in the Middle East.

Qatar has a proven track record of hosting successful major sporting events and is prepared to welcome athletes and fans in Doha, offering them an unforgettable experience both within and beyond the championship venues," she emphasized.
