Department of Meteorology Warns of Thundery Rain Associated With Strong Wind and High Sea

Qatar Weather Update Today

Doha, November 09 (QNA) - Weather inshore until 6 p.m. on Tuesday will be hazy at places at first becomes relatively hot day time and scattered clouds to partly cloudy at times, mild by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.

Offshore will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy with chance of scattered rain maybe thundery at first, the report added, warning of thundery rain at first associated with strong wind and high sea.

Wind inshore will be mainly northwesterly 05 to 15 knot.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly 05 to 15 knot gusting to 22 knot at first with thundery rain.

Visibility will be 4 to 9 kilometer.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, offshore it will be 2 to 4 feet rises to 7 feet at first with thundery rain.
