MAWARED
The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CSGDB) in the State of Qatar has launched the new edition of "MAWARED" mobile app for employees of entities registered in the program. This aims at using many services provided by the system in its new edition.Â
The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) has introduced the application for smart devices, which aims to facilitate access to the electronic services provided by the Mawared system around the clock and from anywhere.
"Mawared" application for smart devices provides many of the most frequently used services for employees of government agencies and decision makers, for example:
• Requesting leave
• Requesting permission
• Requesting administrative certificates
• Searching for employees and other services
These services are used through advanced, secure and interactive channels to enhance the user experience.
More services will be launched in the future.
The main advantages of the program:
- To sign up
- Change language (from-to) Arabic and English with right-to-left writing support
- Search for services in both Arabic and English
- Customize the home page and arrange available services
- Notifications service in the event of receipt of workflow approvals or the availability of a new version of the program
Help and support includes a user guide and frequently asked questions.
CSGDB, in a tweet on its official Twitter account yesterday, noted that the mobile app could be downloaded directly via App Store and Google Play.
