Collateral Damage to Hamad Hospital Building in Gaza due to Israeli Bombing
His Highness Sheikh Hamad Hospital for Rehabilitation and Prosthetics in Gaza, built by Qatar, is severely damaged in Israeli bombing and had to suspend its services.Â
The building of Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani Hospital for Rehabilitation and Prosthetics in Gaza has suffered collateral damage due to continuous Israeli shelling of the hospital's surrounding area.
In a statement today, director general of Hamad Hospital Dr. Rafat Lubbad condemned the constant bombing which has negatively affected the hospital's and led to stop its services due to concerns for staff and patient's safety.
Hamad Hospital in Gaza funded by Qatar Fund for Development serves the disabled people through its three departments (prosthetic department - rehabilitation department - audiology department).
