Cityscape Qatar 2024 wraps up with impactful discussions and key investments

Cityscape Qatar, the nation's top real estate event, concluded with optimism and energy, showcasing key developments shaping the country's property market. Held under the patronage of HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the three-day event saw notable announcements and strong engagement from both local and international investors.
Barwa Real Estate revealed it had fully sold out Phase 1 units at Barwa Hills and signed a 20-year Concession Agreement for District Cooling Services at The Commercial Avenue. Exhibitors across the event reported substantial interest and active participation, further fueling enthusiasm for Qatar's real estate sector.
Alexander Heuff, Cityscape Qatar's exhibition director, noted that the event highlighted the industry's collective vision, with particular focus on sustainability and the integration of AI into real estate projects. He emphasized that the discussions and deals made during the event could reshape investment strategies moving forward. Heuff also praised the participation of the Qatari government and local community, reflecting their commitment to the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030 and global sustainability objectives.
