This January, beIN MEDIA GROUP (beIN) is serving up a blockbuster programming schedule of drama, comedy, action, and family films on its beIN MOVIES 1, 2, 3 and 4. Viewers will be able to enjoy a thrilling line up of flicks, from fantasy to reality realms that pique emotions, stir adrenaline, and captivate imagination.

Monday dramadies on beIN MOVIES 3 with the curtain rising at 21.30 MECCA:
•    1 January: The Last Bus: Settle down to watch Timothy Spall’s emotional portrayal of widower Tom as he travels the length and breadth of the UK, using his free pass on local buses to return to where he and his wife grew up and scatter her ashes.
•    8 January: Spinning Gold: Jeremy Jordan takes the lead in this biographical drama based on the life and career of record producer and Casablanca Records founder Neil Bogart, who was credited with discovering musical sensations such as Donna Summer, Kiss, and The Village People, as well as signing and promoting icons including Cher.
•    15 January: Merry Ex-Mas: Vanessa Angel and Jason London star in this seasonal comedy romance that follows ex-high school sweethearts who are stranded at a hotel during a snowstorm and rediscover their first love memories.
•    22 January: Summer at Charlotte's: Patch May, Lucy Hill, and Jill Frappier serve up this romance which follows a 30-something who relocates to her childhood home to escape the urban rat race and plan her upcoming wedding – only to rediscover her true identity when reconnecting with a long-time friend and her grandmother.
•    29 January: Why Can’t My Life Be a Rom-Com? Em Haine, Cecilia Deacon, and Wern Lee star in this comedy romance that follows Eliza Sloane who moves to the Hamptons to begin life afresh after her boyfriend breaks her heart and she fails to get promoted.
 
beIN MOVIES 2 serves up thrilling action every Thursday with the adrenaline rising from 22.00 MECCA:
•    4 January: The Meg: Action hardman Jason Statham leads the cast in this thriller that follows the fortunes of deep-sea diver Jonas Taylor as he strives to save an underwater research team threatened by a 75-foot prehistoric shark.
•    11 January: Ocean’s 8: A blockbuster cast of Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Sarah Paulson, Rihanna, and Helena Bonham Carter star in this heist comedy, which charts Debbie Ocean’s attempt to steal a US$150 million diamond necklace from the Met Gala with her all-female crime crew.  
•    18 January: Meeting Evil: Samuel L Jackson and Luke Wilson lead the cast of this crime mystery drama that follows a disillusioned husband and father as he embarks on a transformational murder-fuelled ride with a mysterious stranger.
•    25 January: Simulant: This sci-fi, crime thriller stars Robbie Amell and Simu Liu who chart a humanoid AI's attempt at winning a grieving widow's heart while fending off a government agent trying to halt the rise of machine consciousness.

 
Friday night is Blockbuster binge on beIN MOVIES 1 Premier with the action starting at 21.00 MECCA: 
•    4 January: The Pope's Exorcist: Russell Crowe will have you on the edge of your seat in this horror drama that follows Father Gabriele Amorth, the Vatican’s chief exorcist, as he battles Satan and innocent-possessing demons.
•    January 12: Love Again: This feel-good romantic comedy stars Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, and Celine Dion in a story that sees a young woman coping with the tragic loss of her fiancé send romantic texts to his old number only to have Cupid open new love.
•    19 January: Expend4bles: An unbeatable action cast of Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Megan Fox, Tony Jaa and Andy Garcia see The Expendables team up once more for a mission in Libya to prevent a mercenary from stealing nuclear warheads for a mysterious terrorist and threatening the safety of the world.
•    26 January: Master Gardener: The crime thriller stars Joel Edgerton and Sigourney Weaver and sees a devoted horticulturist who tends a country estate plunged into a life of chaos when he takes on a troubled apprentice. 

Family favourites are the Saturday night choice on beIN MOVIES 4 with the fun starting at 20.30 MECCA:
•    6 January: Ooops! The Adventure Continues: The kids will love this fantasy animation that sees young Nestrian Finny and his best mate Leah swept out to sea after falling off the ark. Out on their own on a raft, they get separated by a storm and discover different adventures.
•    13 January: Mummies: This fantasy animation will capture kids’ imaginations as they join three mummies who leave ancient Egypt for present-day London to search for a ring stolen by a greedy archaeologist.
•    20 January: Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile: This live-action, animated cartoon musical has all the ingredients for keeping kids occupied. Following the struggles of young Josh Primm as he adapts to a new school and friends, Lyle, a singing crocodile that loves baths, caviar, and great music, helps him on his journey. 
•    27 January: The Quest for Tom Sawyer's Gold: This is an adventure movie that will have kids enthralled as they encounter Ant and his three friends who discover a letter that hints the gold Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn found might actually be real. The foursome set off to follow its clues, be will they find the gold?
