The Local Organizing Committee for the FIBA Basketball World Cup Qatar 2027 hosted an exclusive site visit for media representatives, influencers and social media content creators at Al Janoub Arena in Al Wakrah on Tuesday, 18 August 2026.
The tour offered participants an early look at the newly transformed venue, its facilities and preparations ahead of its official opening, while highlighting Qatar's growing momentum towards hosting the global basketball tournament.
