Air Suvidha 2.0

 Why Has Air Suvidha Returned?

Air Suvidha 2.0 was relaunched on 25 June 2026 by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL), in collaboration with the Directorate General of Health Services under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The relaunch follows the World Health Organization declaring the Ebola (Bundibugyo virus) outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda a Public Health Emergency of International Concern in May 2026.

This is not a COVID-era form — it is a new health declaration specifically focused on Ebola screening for all international arrivals into India.

Who Must Fill It?

The Air Suvidha Self-Declaration Form is mandatory for ALL international passengers arriving in India and must be completed before immigration clearance. This applies regardless of your nationality or which city you are flying from. Whether you are flying from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, or Jeddah, the same form applies on arrival.

I am an OCI Cardholder — do I need to fill both Air Suvidha and the Digital Disembarkation Form (e-Arrival Card)? Yes. OCI Cardholders are required to fill out and submit both.
