Temporary road closure on Bu Sidra Interchange on 1 & 2 May 2026

The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has also announced a full road on Salwa Road toward Doha at Bu Sidra Interchange for those coming from Muaither/Bu Sidra toward West Industries Street, to be implemented at night during the following period:

May 1, 2026 (Friday) from 2am to 10 am.

From 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, 2nd May 2026

The closure is for overhead directional signs maintenance work, Ashghal said.

During this time, Ashghal calls upon road users to adhere to the speed limit while using all available diversion routes and advises them to detour into neighbouring roads in order to access their destinations as per signboards.
