The fifth edition of the Qatar International Art Festival (QIAF) will be held at the Cultural Zone of Expo 2023 Doha, located in Al Bidda Park, from November 20 to 25. This year's theme is "The environment and sustainability," and the festival, one of the largest in the country, will offer a wide range of artistic experiences."

The festival offers a diverse lineup of 12 unique events, promising visitors a vibrant tapestry of artistic expression. These include exhibitions of painting and sculpture, the Youth International Art Exhibition, a cultural tour of Qatar, an art panel talk show, a conference on art, masterclasses, creative art workshops, live painting demonstrations, a sustainable and artistic fashion show, a cultural musical evening, networking dinners, and an awards ceremony.

The Head of QIAF and the founder and President of The MAPS International WLL, Rashmi Agarwal, conveyed a heartfelt message, emphasizing that QIAF is not just an art festival, but an emotion that brings together artists from all over the world. With over 300 artists from more than 65 countries and numerous galleries, it's a global celebration of art. She stressed the importance of teamwork, commitment, and decision-making in achieving great things and encouraged participation and self-belief.

The event will also host a panel discussion with distinguished dignitaries and professionals, focusing on "The science of 'art' towards sustainability and environmental responsibility." In 2022, the festival took place at the Katara Cultural Village and showcased the works of 325 artists from over 65 different nationalities.
