missile interception Qatar
The Interior Ministry of Qatar said debris from intercepted Iranian missiles fell on a residential house in the Muraikh area and four people were injured.
The injuries were moderate, including one sustained by a Qatari child, and emergency teams arrived immediately and transported the injured for treatment, the ministry said in a statement.
There was also some limited material damage reported at the scene.
Relevant agencies are continuing their response efforts to contain the situation and protect public safety, authorities said.
The ministry said residents should heed official instructions, avoid congregating or traveling to the sites of incidents, and not film them, adding that emergency services needed to be able to do their jobs.
